    bump for response

    Hi Robert,

I am sorry to hear that you have been having this problem.  I have not been able to duplicate it so far.

This may seem like an obvious question, but are you formatting each new line as a heading?  I did "1.  Blah" as a Heading 1, "a.  Blah" as Heading 2, and the remainder as Heading 3.  Which Heading categories are you using?  Could you give a little more detail about how you achieved this result?

Could you post a screen shot that shows the entire document in the "All" view (as opposed to "Text", Slides", etc)?

Please also go to Tools  Program Settings and let us know what is selected for "Content Scaling and "Program Scaling".

Providing this information would help us to investigate this problem further.

    Content Scaling 100%

Program Scaling 80% (Though changing to 100% did not fix it)

All formatting is "Normal" at every level.

Thank you for that screenshot, Robert.  We have been able to duplicate this issue, and we have opened a ticket for it.
