BUG: "Favorite Bookmarks" setting is ignored

I have "Show Auto and Favorite Bookmarks" set to "No" in the Program Settings, but I'm finding that the Favorites are still showing up as scrollbar bookmarks (Auto bookmarks are not showing, as expected). I can change the setting to Yes, and then back to No, and they disappear. But they show up again after a restart.

BTW, I wish Auto and Favorite bookmarks had separate settings.

I can't reproduce the problem in RC1 unless we have a regression with RC2?

Todd ~ I am seeing the same thing in 4.0d. I have to set it back to 'Yes' and then 'No' again for it to take affect, but if I close and reopen the resource, the scrollmark is back. I will report this.
