BUG? 8.14 Notes Trash no undelete toolbar visible when trashed note is selected.

Two separate issues, both apparently related to the number of trashed notes (78 items).

1. You can't scroll up and down through the notes with the mouse, and there is no scrollbar. You also can't use the cursor keys to scroll to an off-screen note. Once the focus leaves the bottom-most visible note, the focus/selection disappears.

2. The toolbar which lets you permanently delete or undelete a note does not appear once a trashed note is selected.

Content scaling and program scaling are both at 100%.

FYI, the undelete footer does appear once you select a trashed notebook, so it's only trashed notes that is affected.

Trashed notes scrolling and the undelete toolbar are working properly on the web app.

Logos  8.14 (8.14.0.0010) on Windows 10 Version 1909 (10.0.18363.900)
