BUG: Personal Book Builder - Input Boxes Not Working On Mac Version

We have not been able to use Input Boxes with the Macintosh version of Logos since the January 2020 update (8.10 SR-1 on a Mac).  I believe a ticket has been entered on this, but I am not sure.  Based on comments I posted in our Faithlife group I posted the log files in a post titled "Possible Bug: Personal Book Error after 8.10 SR-1 on a Mac", but I could not find the post.

The following is an example of the Input Box command we are using:

We receive two errors when compiling the resource.  The following is the log information:
