I am looking at the note for Psalm 34:22 that says 𝔊 θάνατος, 𝔗 mtwtʾ = תְּמוּתַתI have looked at every conceivable key for the BHS and I cannot find the meaning for mtwt. I understand all of the rest of it.

I think mtwt' is simply a transliteration of מִיתוֹתָא from the Targum.
