Ive purchased the ESV Study Bible -but it cannot appear in my desktop app? It says you can only use it on the web version. Ive only had Logos for a few days. Is this a bug? Will it be fixed? Is there a reason for this?

The ESV Study Bible does work on the desktop as below:
Please check if it shows up in your library and, if so, specifically whether the "Downloaded" button is shown in the Information panel

It looks like the ESV Study Bible resource hasn't been downloaded yet. Click the "Download now" button to download it.
Graham, it did work in the end. There was an icon spinning for a long time, it looked like it was thinking (not downloading). Finally it just showed up. Thanks for your help!
