Only gospels downloaded on CSB Audio Bible on desktop app

On my mobile apps, all the files for the CSB audio Bible are downloaded and I can listen to it.

For some reason, only the gospels are loaded onto my CSB audio Bible on my Windows 10 app. Everything else reads as "We couldn't access the media you're trying to play."

I tried deleting the audio Bible from the Windows app, and redownloading it. It says it's downloaded, but again, only the gospels are. 

Can't figure out why the gospels would download and nothing else will.
