Why no Journal of Biblical Literature (JBL) Updates?

JSTOR has every volume of JBL since volume 9 from 1890 available in pdf format on their website here, and many are free. Logos and other software companies offer volumes 100-125. This would be a valuable update to journals in general in Logos, and they already exist in some digital form. Is there any chance we could get more volumes, both pre-100 and post-125?

It looks like they are free from volume 9 through volume 45 (1926). I wonder where volumes 1-8 can be found? I would definitely purchase the earlier journals in Logos as well as any updates.

Somehow I missed it, but volumes 1-8 are available on the website too.
