Is Customer Service Correct About Note Icons?

I had an email conversation with customer service and I'm trying to verify what I'm hearing. I've had Logos since 2012 and I always remember that every time a verse reference showed up in a resource, any corresponding note icons would appear next to that reference. In the attached screenshot, you'll notice two notes attached to Ezekiel 33:11. You can see that they are anchored to the verse itself and not just a phrase within the verse. In the right screen, towards the bottom, you can see a verse reference to Ezekiel 33:11. That resource does not show the note icon. You can also see that all notes and highlights are checked under visual filters.

Customer service is saying that this was never a feature, and only resources that are "versified" like Bibles and commentaries provide this.

But I distinctly remember that icons showed up in every single resource, regardless of type. It did not matter whether a reference work was "versified" or not, note icons always showed up.

Is my memory failing me, or is customer service mistaken?

Sorry, your memory is failing you.

I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings (vs the gospel, or good tidings), but Libby caught this one quickly, bless her digital heart.

I'm not a note-ifier, but just checking Libby out, I went to Baal Cycle to find a Bible reference. Then I went to LEB, and added a verse-level note. Baal Cycle automatically highlighted the Bible reference. Granted the highlight was scriggly lines not matching LEB's note color. I'll have a chat with Libby later.

So. Technically, Logos CS and JT are correct (Logos4-8). But not Libby. So, 'never a feature' is not correct.

If I misunderstood (Bob DID say Bible notes were minimally necessary, don't forget), apologies.
