Bug: Table Handling vs Footnotes Placement

This has been around for several years (most recently current Logos app and older Noet app); examples from a Mini4 (ios), with scrolling de-selected.

In the examples below, the table draw procedes before checking end of write-space. The table text draw is aware, not filling in the table. Footnotes are unaware of the table draw's mistake, and write over the table:

1. Exmple, where table can fit in write-space but over-draws into footnote space:

2. Example where table requires continuation on next page, but draws before checking:
