How can I make a word list of Persian Loan Words?

So in Brown Driver Briggs if I do a basic search "Persian loan word" I can bring up all the entries that have Persian loan word in the description... how can I take those entries and make them a word list?

Is there another way to make a Word list of all the Persian loan words?

Word Lists are for Bible original languages, so it will not recognise Persian via the Add menu. You can manually paste the word into the Lemma or Gloss field, though.
