I will attempt to attach a short video (via Youtube --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GsAZ6Pt0eQE),
but the steps I take to open any media resources (specifically Bible Backgrounds or verse images):
Open Logos > Open search tab > search Bible Book (Lamentations in example) > Click "Media
Collections > click thumbnail > window opens, but is blank (white) > Resize window attempt does not
change image size > Attempt to drag to desktop, does not work.
Yet, clicking library images does work.
