BUG: Media Not Showing Up When Opened

I will attempt to attach a short video (via Youtube --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GsAZ6Pt0eQE),

but the steps I take to open any media resources (specifically Bible Backgrounds or verse images):

Open Logos > Open search tab > search Bible Book (Lamentations in example) > Click "Media

Collections > click thumbnail > window opens, but is blank (white) > Resize window attempt does not 

change image size > Attempt to drag to desktop, does not work.

Yet, clicking library images does work.

I am unable to duplicate this problem.

I cannot be sure, but I am seeing indications that you may not be using the latest version of our software.

Please quit Logos and then launch it again.  If Logos does not automatically update, go to Logos > About Logos Software and make sure that you have software version 8.15 installed.  You should see a prompt to update if you are not already on the latest version.
