I was setting about to identify the documents - primarily decrees and letters - that are embedded in OT Scripture. I picked out the ones I knew - Ezra, 1 & 2 Maccabees - then went looking for others. I discovered that Ezra had genre coding indicating letters but Maccabees did not. But I can't find a way to search for the genre coding in Ezra.

So the question is: If you wished to identify documents embedded in the Old Testament, how would you do it? So far i have around 23.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
