I cannot import a CSV file

I cannot import a CSV file into Faithlife People. I can't even import a CSV file that was fist exported FROM Faithlife people. I have emailed the support team and have yet to be responded to. I have called my "Customer Success Manager" several times and have yet been able to reach him nor has he responded to my email. I have called support only to finally be told that the developers would be notified and that was only after I called several times because no follow up was ever made to me. By the way, no ETA could be given. This is highly disappointing since I have been working with Faithlife and my church for over a year. We delayed joining until the Faithlife People portion of Equip was ready. After I confirmed with the Faithlife Sales Rep that the Faithlife People portion was indeed up and running as Faithlife is now advertising, we paid and purchase an account and now that we are moving over, it seems as if this is not the case. I would greatly appreciate some help with this matter. Excuse me if I sound frustrated. Exporting the CSV file is one of the first steps to launching, we are on a deadline as we are paying for other services that we are switching over from and this has now been 24 hours since I have first started working with this issue. Please help.

    This has been resolved as a few days ago, but forgot to comment here. Let me know if this happens again or if someone runs into a similar issue.
