Download Failed

As you know, when you open Logos it immediately begins to download updates and prepare the library. The last couple of weeks, there is a yellow notification bar that appears at the top of my page that says "Download Failed" (retry). What is failing? I can't seem to pinpoint what isn't being downloaded. Thanks for your help!

You don't say if you are on Mac or Windows, but we need some logs to diagnose the issue.

It’s happened to me when the internet connection has failed, but as soon as the signal comes back I hit refresh and it continues with the download process.
