I have many, many notes linked to my Bibles. Can you be more specific about what you mean?
Yes, by the link set A for instance. When my bible goes to Ephesians 5:2 I would like my notes while they are open go there also.
Sorry, that's not possible, at least not at this time. The only resources that can be linked through a link set are those that have the same type of index. For example, Bibles and Commentaries have a Bible reference index and so can be linked. But note files don't have an index to link to, so they can't be linked in this way.
I wondered if the "Cited By" tool might help here, but it has no section for "My Content" nor does it have a way to link to anything other than resources (unless there's something I don't know about that tool).
However, if you open your Bible to Eph. 5:2 and see a note icon in the text, left clicking on it will open the note file to that entry, and hovering the mouse cursor over the icon should display the note (up to a limited amount of text). I know this isn't what you were wanting to do, but this is as close as I know how to get to do what you're wanting to do.

For myself, this would rarely be helpful. It assumes a structure for notes that only occasionally applies to my notes. I do like the idea of the Cited By tool approach. Either way, I'd want Logos to enhance the ability to link a note to multiple texts and to correctly position a note file when matches are found.
