BUG: Use of library filter with new ships

0. Latest ios; apps

1. ICC Exodus was shipped (new resource)

2. Using filter 'ICC Exodus', shows in library for Noet (old app), Biblia (newly installed), but not the Logos app.

3. Resource does show, with removal of filter in Logos

4. Another customer observed the same (see thread)

5. If download, then resource correctly shows using filter
