Discourse error

Hello.
I came across what I believe is an error in the discourse features for Exodus 14:17 (ESV).

17 [LD And I LD][T ‹!  !› T] will harden the hearts of the Egyptians so that they shall go in after them, and I will get glory over Pharaoh and all his host, his chariots, and his horsemen.

The Holy Bible: English Standard Version (Wheaton, IL: Crossway Bibles, 2016), Ex 14:16–17.

The exclamation brackets should be around a word or phrase (I ?) and not a space. Is this the best place/method to report errors like this?

This isn't an error. The discourse annotation is applied to Hebrew words (in LHB) that aren't translated in the ESV. You can see this by enabling the inline reverse interlinear view.
