Note Text Vanishes

I am trying, but have not been able to catch this on a screen recording yet (screen recording takes up too much system resources to run constantly on my machine). Sometimes (and rarely) when I type a note, the text will immediately disappear. I think it either happens immediately or not at all. My guess is that there's some sort of conflict with uploading the text to the server and the text is rejected. I don't think any notes older than 30 seconds are disappearing. It's only happened when I also highlight a portion of the text and hyperlink it.
