Installed on brand new MacBook, Logos won't open or anything. Keeps crashing

We installed Logos on my new MacBook Pro the other day. We tried opening it and it would say "Signing In" with the mac logo spinning, and then just shuts right down. It will never let us actually open up the Application. We tried uninstalling it and re-installing it, which didn't work either. We thought maybe we didn't uninstall the entire package, so we downloaded AppZapper and uninstalled again to make sure it was completely gone. After reinstalling again, the same thing keeps happening. Always says "Signing In" and always immediately closes. Please help. Thanks  a lot!

  • Welcome [:D]

Forum http://community.logos.com/forums/p/6731/52205.aspx#52205 has tutorial for posting logs - step 1 already done.

Would like to see console messages - please post zip file.

Also wonder if file com.logos.LogosIndexer.plist exists in your Library/LaunchAgents ?

    Keep Smiling [:)]

We read through the tutorial for logging, and watched the youtube video, but we have no Logging folder in Logos. We searched the entire machine and have no folders that are associated with Logos 4. We uninstalled the program and reinstalled with the disc, but still don't have a Logging folder, or even a folder in Application Support called Logos at all. We can't understand why it seems to have only installed a piece of the program (the app picture), but not the rest of the files and extensions. Thanks for your help!

Try installing direct from this link rather than the disc. I know it's worked for others to do it this way:
