"expositor's Bible Commentary shipping soon" - what's all this about??

I'm amused, not complaining! Today I get this message on my homepage, but I've downloaded and used the 12 vol EBC for months, since about February, I think! So why do I get a message saying it's shipping today???? Or is it a general offer trying to get more people to buy EBC, which I do recommend? - I use it almost daily.
