Visual Filters in Greek New Testaments disappeared - Windows 10
Hello,
Recently, the visual filters option disappeared in my Greek New Testaments. They were there until recently. I had to reinstall Logos due to work done to try to solve a Blue Screen of Death. The interesting thing is that the option is there when I am in Logos 8 using Linux Mint 19.3.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what has happened? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall Logos 8 to see if that corrects the issue?
I am running Windows 10 on a Lenovo Thinkstation. Intel i7-8700 CPU @ 3.2 Ghz; 32 GB RAM; 64 Bit OS, x64-based processor.
Thank you for any help and insights.

Hi Calvin - sorry to hear you are having problems.

Do you mean they no longer show up in the visual filter menu? Please post a screenshot of that and one of the Visual Filters you are expecting to appear.

I wouldn't do that - it is unlikely to address this issue.

Based on https://community.logos.com/forums/t/192711.aspx, it's likely that your library index isn't built correctly.
I would recommend entering the command "rebuild index" into the Command Box and waiting for Logos to rebuild all your indexes.

The first image is the current view. It shows the visual filters on in the NASB95. This is in the Windows 10 OS. When I click the Visual Filters menu in the NASB95, the option for visual filters is available at the bottom of the scroll down menu and they are selected. When I click the Visual Filters menu in the UBS5, the Visual Filters option is not available at all, not even greyed out.
The second image is the image from running in the Linux Mint 19.3 OS. This is what was once available in the Windows 10 OS.
I hope this helps illustrate what I'm experiencing.

Based on your reply to my other issue, I rebuilt my Bible indices and the problem is now resolved. Thank you for your help!

Thank you for your help, too. I've rebuilt the Bible indices and am now doing a complete index rebuild. I'm expecting to be back running like before!
