Great Experience with Customer Support

A couple of months ago I replied to a thread complaining about customer support.  Well I just got through with a phone call that took about three minutes to complete.  And it was in regards to a refund!  There were no problems or hangs with the support call.

So let me just say, thank you Logos for a great customer service experience.
