My biblical places/people header is showing grey and not populating while I use the various guides. I have the Logos 8.15.0.0004/platinum. Win 10 OS. I am new to Logos and just learning to use it.

Thanks. [:D]. Isn't faithlife connect subscription automatic with Logos? And am not sure about the feature set too [:(]. I am from overseas and I bought Logos 8 Gold last year and upgraded to Platinum a couple of weeks back. Am starting to learn it through the MP seminars now. Its set to automatic updates. Am pretty sure that the places/people thing was working fine before but now it isn't.
Sorry if it seems dumb. But will be real glad if it could get solved.

Assuming you didn’t just buy the library and not the associated feature set that should give you all you need.
So not sure what is going on here - are you able to post a screenshot (using the paperclip icon in the forum editor) showing what you are describing?

As Graham wrote, FC is a paid subscription.
The software is free... Some of the features are not. Typically, features which depend upon "data sets" require a purchase or subscription.
Faithlife's largest source of revenue traditionally has been through the sale of "value added" resources. A number of years ago, FL moved to spread out their income stream, so that not so much was dependent upon large purchases every 2-3 years. FC was a part of that.
