I have a bulletin message on my WP dashboard that says:
Reftagger is not activated, the correct Bibleref semantic markup will still be generated on the frontend, but without a link.
Everything on my site appears to be working fine. All of my references are active links that pull up my customized reftagger box. I just installed version 2.4.1 .
