I want to purchase a good resource that looks at the trinity with the power of an electron scanning microscope. Any suggestions? I desperately hope it is in logos.
Good luck. More than any other element of theology, this one takes on some of the the unpredictable and incomprehensible characteristics of quantum physics when you get down to kind of magnification/resolution you're talking about. I make no pretensions of expertise, but this resource provides a good survey from a historical theology perspective, and its reading lists provide well chosen direction for further reading:
The Trinity by Roger E. Olson and Christopher A. Hall
http://www.logos.com/products/details/3812
"The Trinity is an insightful guide to one of the core beliefs of the Christian faith, providing beginning theology readers with a basic knowledge of the doctrine of God's triune nature. Concise, practical, and up-to-date, this perceptive book offers a detailed historical and theological description of one of the central and most distinctive doctrines of the Christian Faith—the triune nature of God. Tracing its development from the first days of Christianity through the Medieval and Reformation Ages and into the Modern Age, special attention is given to early church controversies and church fathers as well as to its twentieth-century renaissance."
I think the electron microscope view of the trinity is fairly relative to the eye and the scope... but, http://www.amazon.com/Forgotten-Trinity-James-R-White/dp/1556617259 is a good book. However, it is not available in Logos. I see it (The Forgotten Trinity) as less of a reference book that logos could leverage, and more a book for study and ponder. So I don’t know if it's Logos materiel.
I hope you find what you're looking for.
That would have to be some electron microscope! [;)]
Martyn Lloyd-Jones' first two volumes of Great Doctrines of the Bible is pretty good on the nature of God, in my opinion. These two volumes cover God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Lots of emphasis upon the Trinity throughout.
Perhaps if we knew the reason for your study, we could be more specific. Are you responding to a particular objection to the doctrine of the Trinity? Is this for personal study/interest? Are you beginning an academic project, or apologetic document?
Also, I think the analogy of the electron microscope may need to be accompanied by one regarding a Hubble telescope. It's not simply the minutiae of exegetical subtleties, but the expanse of over-arching themes of in revelation that must be addressed.
Finally, as I read your request, the Athanasian Creed came to mind. While very likely not written by Athanasius, or even during his life-time, it is one of the 3 great ecumenical creeds and the one that most thoroughly deals with the Trinity. It can be found in Historic Creeds and Confessions by Rick Brannan, and probably in a few other resources in Logos.
Additionally I would suggest any of the systematic theologies contained within Logos.
Some suggestions:
And there are so many more.
Take a look at the trinity reading list which Phil Gons put together: http://topics.logos.com/Trinity
And if I may, I have a article on each member of the trinity at squidoo squidoo.com/Paterology
Sam,
Thanks for the input. I went ahead and jumped at it. It looks like a great reference for a historical point of view.
Michael,
Thanks for the reference about the first to volumes of the Doctrine book.
Thomas,
You most certainly may as far as I am concerned and thank you I have popped overthere and will be popping again. Thanks!!
Richard,
I am glad you brought that up. I was contemplating going both ways with my request. I am wanting a detailed scriptural look at the trinity. It seems I was wanting a book on the trinity a while back and had Morey's book on a wish list. That item is now off the wish list along with the other one above. These are pretty good. I was also wanting to think about it from the ground up so a telescope would be important. I guess the purpose for me would be an apologetic study. In a way the academic aspect is probably what I really want. Getting articles from the Theology books sounds like a good idea as well. I should have considered the reading list prescribed by Thomas.

Chapter 4 of Shedd, William Greenough Thayer and Alan W. Gomes. Dogmatic Theology. 3rd ed. Phillipsburg, N.J.: P & R Pub., 2003.
Shedd also devotes more than a third (nearly half) of the first volume of his A History of Christian Doctrine to the history of trinitarian theology.
Additionally I would suggest any of the systematic theologies contained within Logos. Some suggestions: pages 88, 133, 142. of Oehler, Gustav Friedrich and George E. Day. Theology of the Old Testament. Bellingham, WA: Logos Research Systems, Inc., 2009. THE TRINITY OF GOD page 198 Enns, Paul P. The Moody Handbook of Theology. Chicago, Ill.: Moody Press, 1997. Thomas! *smile* Peace and Joy to you in the Lord. Just went over to your Paterology page. Appreciated it. Bookmarked it. However, you should know that when one clicks the green "without" in the centre of that paragraph, it takes one to a "Viagra on Line" site. That's what my preview said as I hovered. I did not click that so am not quite sure -- HOWEV ER, I do think you should investigate! Yours in Christ, ........ Mel

I just got Berkhof's Systematic Theology, and it has an extensive section dealing with the Trinity. The outline of the secion is divided up into the following headings:
VII. The Holy Trinity A. The Doctrine of the Trinity in History 1. The Pre-Reformation Period 2. The Post-Reformation Period B. God as Trinity in Unity 1. The Personality of God and the Trinity 2. Scriptural Proof for the Doctrine of the Trinity 3. Statement of the Doctrine of the Trinity 4. Various Analogies Suggested to Shed Light on the Subject C. The Three Persons of the Trinity Considered Separately 1. The Father or the First Person in the Trinity 2. The Son or the Second Person in the Trinity 3. The Holy Spirit or the Third Person in the Trinity
This section is only 18 pp long. But as always with Berkhof the material is very 'dense.' That is is packed with Scripture references and carefully, finely tuned doctrinal statements.
Also Bavink's Reformed Dogmatics (just released) has about 79 pages on the topic in Vol 2. He goes into much more detail on the topics Berkhof discusses, and adds quite a bit more to the mix. If you got it early you would have paid about $100, now it's $150. If you want to go down deep and come up with treasure, Bavink has a lot to offer.

Anybody can explain me or advice me...? Hoe to create the web site for the web design studies?
That is far afield from the purpose of these forums which are on how to use Logos software. I would have to know a great deal more about your background, experience, and purpose of the web site. I think the best I can do is direct you to http://www.w3schools.com/ The tutorials and advertisements there should lead you to useful resources.

Yes, I just saw Kamai's first post here http://community.logos.com/forums/t/1831.aspx
Kamai,
Have you got any Logos products (Libronix or Logos4) - perhaps you'd like to explain how your web design is related?
