Anchor to Greek/Hebrew word?

I know I can anchor a note to multiple verses, but is there a way to anchor a note to multiple uses of the same Greek/Hebrew word. For example, if I found a definition or quote about the word "shalom" that I wanted to appear as a note every time the word shalom appeared, is there a way to do that?

It should be possible to do this - but the note is only visible from original language texts, not translations.
And I think there is a bug at the moment that stops even that working!

It would be nice if a new anchor option in any note was "attach to this Gk/Hbw word"
