BUG: Tap to open menu bar doesn't work in Prayers and Reading List

(I'm just reporting these bugs to try to be helpful...)

Within a resource or a Bible, I can tap anywhere to open or close the lower menu bar and the upper navigation pane. However, within a prayer tab and a reading list tab, tapping doesn't do anything. If the menu bar was open to begin with, it stays open. If it was closed to begin with, it stays closed. It would be nice to be able to access the tab switcher button from these two tab types. Currently I have to change tabs by swiping left/right. I believe this was probably an oversight.

    We have created a ticket for this and we intend to improve on this in a future version of our app.
