Logos 8 not loading on iMac
I just moved to a new office with an existing iMac Pro that has much better specs than my current MacBook Pro (see pic) on which I have been running Logos. I've downloaded and installed the latest version of Logos 8 on the iMac and it seems to install without a problem.
But when I try to open the application, nothing happens. I can check the "Force Quit" list and see that it is definitely not open.
Thoughts?

Hi Ben, welcome to the forums!
First, confirm that you moved the Logos app from the DMG folder to the Applications folder.
If that is the case, then we'll need to see your Logos logs. Please click on the link below for instructions. Attach your zipped log file to this post using the paperclip icon in the forum editor.

Few more things:
1) Try restarting the iMac Pro.
2) Is the iMac running 10.14.0 or greater?

Welcome [:D]
Can think of three causes for application to crash quickly:
- Opening Application bundle in downloaded disk image (DMG)
- User home folder has permission issue that prevents creation of two hidden folders: .config & .mono
- Application database files have newer version than application bundle (cannot downgrade a previous installation)
First two crashes have Console system messages (first one has temporary mount point error for startup item creation, second one has file permission error). Third crash has a diagnostic log message.
FYI: Application Bundle can be dragged from DMG to any desired folder. Install => https://www.logos.com/install shows dragging Application Bundle to Applications folder.

Logos wiki Using the Forums includes Adding a picture to a Post (use paperclip to attach a file)
Also curious about macOS version on iMac Pro ? (personally using macOS 10.15.6 Catalina on a 27" iMac 5K with 9th Generation Intel Core i9)

Thanks, Levi!
Definitely installed by moving the Logos app to the Applications folder. It shows up in the folder, but won't open.
I've restarted the computer a couple of times, with no change. The iMac is running Catalina 10.15.6. Log file is attached.

Curious if System Preferences => Security & Privacy has any message(s) ?
Unfortunately zip file did not have any interesting messages. Noticed some Adobe messages so suspect Allow apps ... includes identified developers:
