Forcing highlights to go into a particular notebook

How can I set the notebook that highlights will go into? I want highlights for particular book to go into the same notebook that my notes go into. Each book has its own notebook in my notes system.
I regularly highlight text with Ctrl+K and I don't want to have to go back to these highlights and Set the Notebook manually from the Notes tool. I thought Logos used to put highlights into the most recently notebook, but it seems that it now does not put it in any notebook.
