Help!  I use this allot but suddenly Sermon Editor slide generation is suddenly not working.  I am on 8.16.0.0002.  I checked that my MacBook is all up to date, plus Logos.  Restarted my machine, etc...  On Catalina 10.15.6.

I can see the same issue on Windows.

    Some specfics:

    • Entering a bible reference on a blank line and pressing Enter results in the text being inserted in the sermon document but no slide generated
    • selecting some text and Add slides from selected text does not produce a slide
    • seleting some text containing bible references and Add slides from selected reference does not produce a slide
    • entering a Header item does not produce a slide

I'm not able to reproduce this. Can you both post your logs?

    Hi Philana

Apologies but I saw this on my office computer (Windows) yesterday and probably won't be back there for a few days. I did look at the log but didn't see anything interesting in it so didn't post it - my mistake.

I have just tried on my Mac computer at home and in most cases, slides are generated as normal. The exception is when trying to generate slides from bible references. Clicking the button to do this achieves nothing. The popup does not disappear - it is as though the button doesn't recognise being pressed.

Hello Philana and Graham,  I tried this again this morning and everything now seems to be working fine.  Even the "Add slide from selected reference".  I don't see any updates to my Mac, either from logos or on the OS side.  Yesterday I went through all the normal protocols of checking for updates, restarting my machine, etc, with no avail.  So it is bit of a mystery, but all is working ok for me at this time.
