Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Is the issue on desktop / laptop or in one of the mobile apps?
If on desktop try issuing the command update resources in the command box and see if that resolves the issue.
If mobile try entering the command rebuild index in the Library panel

I purchased the Reformation Study Bible on my mobile app. I had to pay through my apple itunes account and received a confirmation that the payment has been made.
The issue is on my laptop and mobile app
When opening the Logos app, synchronization takes place and gives the message "updated" but still no Reformation Study Bible
I see that Logos has been licenced under lkruger@krugerinc.co.za which is an old email address I had. I have changed the email address to lkruger@lkruger.com which is my new address. Could that be the reason why I don't receive the Reformation Study Bible?
