NOT syncing

Hi! On both my Samsung Tab and Samsung S20 they are syncing everything EXCEPT the sermons from my desktop. They are syncing between desktop and laptop but not to my mobile apps. New reading plans appear on my mob. apps as well as new books.

On my tab I reinstalled the app - and lost ALL the sermons that had previously synced. (I know they are not lost lost). And I have restarted both devices and tried with mobile data and with wifi.

For the first time yesterday in about 16 years I had to preach from a printed sermon. That was weird!

Help urgently requested.

    I am sorry to hear this, Ian,

    Please send logs from both of your mobile devices.  We can then look into this further.

    Please do the following:

    1. Open the app.
    2. Tap the Menu icon (has three horizontal lines).
    3. Tap Help.
    4. Press "Report a Problem"
    5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Press "Send" to send your report.
