Quickverse For mac?

I have a Lifeway account because I owned Quickverse for the macintosh. When LifeWay acquired Wordsearch they also got Quickverse which was part of the company. I did not upgrade into the new Wordsearch products because they did not support the MAC version. Are the resources I owned in Quickverse able to be transferred to Logos? I did get a notice for a new Logos account as part of the Woodsearch transition. However, I am an old Logos user and am not sure what this did to my account or if any products were transferred.

If Wordsearch upgraded your QV licenses to WS format in their database, then those licenses will now be imported into Logos.

It looks like you might have had a WS account with the email la[...]ma@swbell.net (redacted). Since the email was different than your Logos account, the licenses were not merged in. If this was you, you can contact cs@logos.com and ask for the two accounts to be merged together.

The addresses on the accounts were the same, so I went ahead and merged them for you. You don't need to contact CS.
