Please add support for Grab-n-Drag with touch screens

I am using Windows 7 in multi-touch Asus EeePC T101MT.  I've noticed that MSIE and Mozilla support the grab-n-drag mode, when you can move the contents with your finger.

Mozilla supports this with an extension and a toolbar button to switch the mode on/off.

Could Logos 4 do the same with a hotkey and/or menu item to turn on/off this mode during reading books?

Currently I have to turn on a small on-screen keyboard to move the text while the EeePC is in tablet mode.  In these forums someone suggested swipe motions (mapping them to PgUp/PgDn), but they are not as convenient as grab-n-drag.
