The Sacred Diaries (and other writings) of Adrian Plass

I'd like to suggest that Logos try to get the rights to The Sacred Diary of Adrian Plass Aged 37¾ and Plass's other writings. I don't know how well these books are known outside the UK Christian context. They are well known here for dealing with weighty matters of theology and church life in a fun, often hilarious way.

Ah, a riff on Friday, 20th December! Very good!

The Sacred Diary series has sold over 2 million copies worldwide. People like me would gladly pay (again) to have Plass in their digital library. If Paul can play wittily with Onesimus' name in Scripture, I'd be fine with some thought-provoking satire alongside my many earnest Logos tomes.

They are (or should I say used to be? After all, the Diary was published over 30 years ago!) very well known over here in Germany. As fiction books they would probably fit better in the eBook store, though - and maybe easier to license and produce anyway, but then I see no Kindle editions in Amazon or eBooks elsewhere. Digging my own grave here, since they seem to be published by Zondervan....

The most recent installment in the Sacred Diary series was published in 2013 and the latest Plass book was published in 2017.
