The audio plays but the video does not.

I did post something similar a year or two ago with a video, I think they just fixed it and it started working. I will have a look for it.
Edit - https://community.logos.com/forums/t/189636.aspx was the link, not quite the same as worked on different device. It does work ok for me now, so perhaps was just that version of Firefox. Incidentally the video you linked did not play for me either, audio was ok, Firefox 80.0.1 Linux.
Edit2 - Wow just 6 months ago, seemed much longer.
This is happening specifically at media.faithlife.com not logos.com. Don't know what the issue is but it seems specific to that one subdomain.
