No gui action

Hey,
Since Alpha 23 I've had a blank gui show up. I see the indexer working and the sync manager working in the logs, nothing appears to have crashed...just a blank gui. I tried to delete the app and the applicationsupport stuff and try a fresh install. It went through the giant download and indexing and all that, and still a blank gui.
I'll try to post logs in a bit, but I was wondering if someone could tell me what all needs to be deleted to be sure I'm getting a fresh start? I'm guessing I still missed some plist or something. It'd be great if I could skip the download and index part...

Same issue with alpha 24 and 25. Here are the logs from my run with alpha 25.
Love the software, very exciting to see the mac alpha coming along. Keep up the good work

Can you post a screenshot of this? I'd like to be sure that I understand what you're talking about.

Sorry for the slow response, I'm at a convention this week.
Sorry about the tiff.

What happens when you click the HomePage button? It kinda looks like you have your HomePage opening on launch turned off.

Nothing really happens when I try to do anything with guides or the home button. The buttons and the menus are responsive but either the target action isn't being called, or something is disconnected with interacting with the gui.
I'll see if I can figure out how to do a screencast.

It looks like there's a problem trying to load one of your shortcuts. Can you navigate to the location listed below and upload the file called shortcuts.db?
<your user folder>/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/<weird sequence of digits and letters>/ShortcutsManager
After you've done so, deleting that file should allow you to get back to work.

Hurray! That worked! Thanks very much.

Can you upload the file?

the new shortcut.db? I can do that and I probably have the old corrupt one in time-machine too if you want.

As I alluded to in my earlier post, we'd like a copy of the old one: otherwise, we can't fix the underlying bug and you'll have no guarantee that the problem won't happen again.

Sorry, I missed that. It's been a rough week. This should be the corrupt one.5736.shortcuts.db

So the file itself looked ok structurally (to my eyes anyway)... maybe it was something that was synced from my windows version (xp in fusion). I'm pretty sure that I deleted the entire logos4 folder in Application Support before I installed alpha 25, and since I never successfully had panels come up in the gui I don't think the shortcuts in the db were sourced from my mac.

The failure occurred while trying to parse a uri for a shortcut icon. From time to time, we encounter formats that Mono is unable to parse (and fix them).

Scott,
We've looked at the data and the code and we aren't sure how the shortcuts got corrupted. We've cleaned up the database and we'll keep an eye out for cases like this in the future. You can stick this file back into <your user folder>/Library/Application
Support/Logos4/Documents/<weird sequence of digits and
letters>/ShortcutsManager and rename it to shortcuts.db and the data should sync up correctly.Tom

I don't know if you all have the time or inclination to try this, but we could test the hypothesis that it had something to do with syncing from a windows install.
What I can do is refrain from using my mac copy, then load up my windows copy of Logos, add or a shortcut or something, and sync it. Then someone in your office could do a clean install of the Alpha using my login credentials. That is basically the sequence I believe I went through. I don't want to go through the whole resource download/index deal again though, so I thought if you had a spare machine you could do it there.
Further steps could involve me sending you my windows virtual machine, although that is sort of a gray area license wise.
