I currently have the Logos 8 Bronze package.  I using this to dig deeper into God's word as part of my own personal study.  Any benefit for me to increase to the silver package?

I'd look at the resource list and click the option to hide owned resources. Does anything strike you as something you especially need or want? If not, you can probably wait. And if you do need/want it, but the need isn't imminent, you might want to wait for a sale on base packages.

You will get the Tyndale Old and New Testament Commentaries, which are some of the best commentaries a lay person could own and they cover the whole Bible. Highly recommended.

You will get the Anchor Yale Bible Dictionary (AYBD) which is probably the best Bible Dictionary available. It is not always conservative like the International Standard Bible Dictionary (ISBE, Rev.), but well worth having.

In addition you get the Baker Encyclopedia of the Bible. This is conservative, but not as good as ISBE, but still worth having.

You get Nave's Topical Bible which adds a topical resource to your library. You'll find that helpful.

You get the New Dictionary of Biblical Theology. This a Biblical rather than Systematic Theology dictionary (which would be more valuable IMO) but a good entry in that category.

You pick up some Greek lexicons and grammars. You may not know Greek, but these will give you some 'hits' if you run an Exegetical Guide on a New Testament Passage, or want to look up the meaning of a Greek word.

You get a few systematic and Biblical theology volumes, The Baker Encyclopedia Encyclopedia of Psychology and Counseling, which might interest you,

In addition you get all the rest of the Logos features and datasets you do not already own.

I usually recommend Silver as the package a serious layperson would like to own. If you can afford it I think you will benefit from it.
