filtering the library

I am using a MacBook Pro with the latest OS, and am a relatively new Logos 8 user. When I first click on the library button to load it, then click on the filter, when I go down the screen to select a particular subject, type, tag, etc., my cursor blinks and it is not reactive. Everything else works perfectly but in that specific situation I cannot click on or select anything. Is that a known issue or am I missing something?

I don't see this behaviour on my MacBook Pro

Do you only see it the first time you invoke the Library after starting Logos or every time?

Does it happen irrespective of whether you open the Library in a drop-down, a tab or in a separate window?

It happens every time I open or use it.
I had not thought about using it in a separate window... always have opened it as a drop down. Now that I am doing it in a separate window, it is working fine.

You solved my problem. THANKS (from a newbie). Much appreciated.
