Resources Ready to be Added to Library

My desktop says there are resources ready to be added to my library and will be added when re-started. I have re-started the application 4 times and downloading has not started. i have 130 resources that have been updated, so the message may just be stuck, but I cannot tell if there are actually resources to download or not.

I tried to get a screen shot but the menu keeps disappearing every time I right click on green shot to capture it.

"added" means that they have been downloaded but cannot be updated/indexed until the app is restarted (usually because you are using them).

i have 130 resources that have been updated, so the message may just be stuck,

Those are ones that will have been downloaded and indexed. After a restart you will get another message(s) that includes the resources that were "added" (books and/or datasets).
