The Lemma in Passage section provides a worklist of resources that contain discussion of the lemma. With a search one can find all the places is mentioned but one cannot easily distinguish between being mentioned and being discussed.
Verbum Help describes the Lemma in Passage section:

This section searches the Library for resources that discuss a given lemma, as opposed to a normal search which would search for that lemma. For example, a commentary where the significance of ἀγάπη is discussed, instead of just finding where it is used in a text.
The results are divided into Lemmas in Reference and Other Lemmas.
• Lemmas in Reference displays where lemmas in the guide passage are quoted in another resource such as a commentary.
• Other Lemmas displays lemmas that are discussed in a resource but not quoted directly from the original source material.
This section is available by default in Bible Word Study and Exegetical Guide. It can be added to Passage Guide.
Hovering over the section header displays the Settings menu, which allows users to specify which Collection the section will search. Multiple Lemma in Passage sections can be added to a Guide, each specifying a different collection.
In Bible Word Study
The Bible Word Study is keyed on a specific lemma, so the Lemma in Passage section displays instances where that lemma is discussed in the library. Results can be viewed by Passage or Resource:
• Passage groups results by biblical book first, then resource.
• Resource groups results by resource first, then biblical book.
Each passage is also a link to open the resource to the relevant section. Two lines of text are displayed with instances of the particular lemma highlighted. Click more to view additional references.[1]
The heading line for the Lemma in Passage section allows:
- The selection of a collection of resources, the default is all commentaries.
- A help function which provides a preview from the Help document discussing the feature.
- A x to delete the section from the Guide.
The detail bibliographic references are viewable in either resource or in passage (Bible reference) sequence. The behavior of the resources is the same in either sequence. A detail line contains:
- An expand/contract arrowhead
- A book cover icon
- Title of the book
- Number of references identified for study
On mouse-over either the book cover or the title, a preview from the information panel of the book is shown.
When one expands the resource summary line to see the detail, one sees:
- Article title
- Short excerpt that includes the lemma under discussion
- The lemma itself, highlighted as in a search. Clicking on the lemma opens the resource to that position.
Mouse-over the article title provides a preview of the article beginning at the start of the article.
Mouse over a highlighted lemma within the preview provides a preview beginning at that lemma. (Yes, the oddity of the dropped word in the preview has been reported as an error BUG: Word missing in preview.)

The difference between Lemma in Passage and Other Lemmas is best learned by comparing them side-by-side. Lemma in Passage deals with lemmas discussed in the context of the passage in which they appear; Other Lemmas deals with lemmas discussed in the context of a passage in which they do not explicitly appear but in which they assist in a discussion of other lemmas.

Thank you ... I believe I have them all working now ... and I did see why several of the early ones went astray.
