Library search with exact match only on title

e.g.

title:("A Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament")

will match both

A Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament and Other Early Christian Literature, 3rd ed.

and

A Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament

Is there any syntax that can match the title when the full string is matched? i.e. only the later but not the former in the result?

Not that I am aware of .
