Recourses not started

For whoever can answer my question. I found the list of my library that came over from Wordsearch and there is a lot that is already available but a lot in the process and also a lot that is not started. I cannot imagine the amount of work it will take to make the amount of resources owned by us wordsearchers to convert them to logos. I thank Logos for their willingness to do this huge amount of work. But I am curious as to the status of those resources not started. I have read it will take to the end of this year maybe into early next year. Question, when should a person ask or call if there is something missing? I would think it would be to soon to ask now. Just curious.

They have done a phenomenal job so far, but things are slowing. I asked this basic question a day or so ago regarding "Thompson-Chain" specifically and "end-of-the-year" appears to be the only safe response so far.
I'm sure most of the easily negotiable books are done and now they are slogging through the tougher ones. Ones that have licensing hurdles and/or processing challenges due to size. I don't know this for a fact, but looking at my own list of "not started" I see alot of smaller publishers and large works (such as Thompson)

I do not work at Faithlife and have no inside knowledge, but I presume there have been some Faithlife employees who were temporarily assigned to facilitate this acquisition while the employees from Lifeway who have been hired by Faithlife get up to speed on the processes at Faithlife. So for a season we have had experienced and new employees working together. I would expect as these newer employees get into the swing they are still on an uphill learning curve, but will become increasingly efficient. I suspect (it is only my opinion) that some of the "trainers" are being reassigned to other projects as the "trainees" are becoming more self-sufficient.

While many long-term Logosians are salivating over L9, I'm sure personnel resources are being assigned to that roll-out. While at the same time WORDSearchers (new Logosians) are eager to get their library as functional as possible. I can appreciate that Faithlife is trying to balance expectations from subsets of their user base.

Hey folks

Thanks for the reply's. My thoughts as well. I am pleasantly surprised and blessed by the willingness of Logos to take on this monumental task. Thank you for helping all of us Wordsearchers settle in to Logos. I for one am looking forward to the Logos 9 release. Change does not hurt. its another challenge to face and learn from.
