I am trying to diagram some Greek sentences, and am a bit rusty. Is there any sort of tool in Logos that would help me with this?

There will be a tool, it hasn't been implemented yet.
There is a book, Diagrammatical Analysis by Kanteweine that gives instructions on a particular style of diagramming.
