BUG: Android Ignores Highlight Pallet Default Notebook

(Android 8.13.1)

I recently made a Notebook called "Highlight" where I keep all my highlights. Then in my highlight pallet, I set the default Notebook to "Highlight".

However, I noticed that highlights made on the Web App still end up in "No Notebook", so I have to continually move them manually.

    Sorry - just clarifying if you are seeing this issue on the web app or the mobile app on Android?
