Error During Synchronization

• Error During Synchronization  Have anyone else has this issue?  I tried restarting my laptop and everything and it still shows error during synchronization

Hi Carl - sorry to hear you are having these problems

There can be a range of reasons for this and diagnostic logs can help pin it down.

As that article advises please:

1. close Logos
2. enable diagnostic logging - https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027869132 
3. start Logos
4. wait until the sync error has occurred
5. close Logos
6. upload the logos.log file to this thread using the paperclip icon in the forum editor
