How to Search a Hebrew word for inflected form

I need to set up a search for a Hebrew word where I can see all of its uses in its lexical form as well as in it's inflected form.  Specifically, I want to see how many times it is used each way. Can anyone help with that? Thank You!

Hi Jeff and welcome!!

Depending on your base package and the resources you have here are 3 ways of viewing the various inflected forms of a Hebrew lemma. If you are working from a Hebrew text, you can select the word and right mouse click for the context menu. Select the lemma and then:

1. Search your Bible. This will show every inflected form of the lemma by verse. If you then click on analysis at the top right of the search window you will be able to sort by results or inflected form.
   
2. From the same context menu select Bible Word Study and when it opens if you have the Lexham Analytical Lexicon of the Hebrew Bible select it and it will show you all inflected forms of the lemma.
3. From the same context menu select Bible Word Study and then in the lemma section select the morphological chart where the lemma is in blue. This will give you a chart of all the inflected forms. Click on a form and get the verse results.

There are probably other ways to get these results, but these are what I use. Get to know the right mouse menu from a biblical text as it is a gateway to a wealth of information.
