KYLE: Missing KJV equivalent resources
There are at least four sets of equivalent resources implemented:
Group 1:
- The Holy Bible: King James Version. 2009. Electronic Edition of the 1900 Authorized Version. Bellingham, WA: Logos Research Systems, Inc.
- Zodhiates, Spiros, and Warren Baker. 2000. The Complete Word Study Bible: King James Version. electronic ed. Chattanooga: AMG Publishers.
- The Holy Bible: King James Version. 1995. electronic ed. of the 1769 edition of the 1611 Authorized Version. Bellingham WA: Logos Research Systems, Inc.
- I would expect The Cambridge Paragraph Bible: Of the Authorized English Version. 1873. Cambridge: Cambridge University Press. To also be included
Why isn't the paragraph version included as an equivalent resource when the 1769 and 1900 versions are both in the group?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

The Word Study Bible has American spelling in places e.g. honor vs. honour
The New Cambridge Paragraph Bible and The Cambridge Paragraph Bible differ slightly, and differ from the other three only over olde English terms e.g. spake vs. spoke; my (NCPB) vs. mine; thy (NCPB) vs. thine (but they all hang onto speaketh, seeketh, judgeth). But they are essentially equivalent.
