Was working in Logos 8 when it downloaded Logos 9.
It tried to update, said it failed and now Logos 8 hangs on load.
I am dead-in-the-water here.
My guess is that there's a "stuck" Logos.exe process in the background. Try killing them all in Task Manager, or just reboot your PC.
Try pressing and holding the Control key while opening Logos.
It should ask you to sign in, and then open to a blank layout.
I got Logos 8 working again.
